Terms of use

On our terms of use, you’ll find important information about MSF. These are the things you ought to consider while using MSF booking service platforms. These terms and conditions are between any person intending to use and/or using the MSF website (these are the users). The applications and services provided by the site and on/in which these Terms of Use are posted or referenced (collectively, the “Services”). Using MSF means you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions. 

Key Terms

Contractor: a set of networked electronic documents (files), united by a single design, theme, and single address space of the MSF domain. The home page of the site is available on the Internet at movingservicesfinland.com. 

Customer: a website user, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur whose main activity is as a directory for moving services and those who collaborate with the MSF Service.

Customer representative: a website user, an employee of the customer’s company, or a person holding a power of attorney to represent the interests of the customer has individual accounting information for authorization with the right to post information about the customer.

User: a person who visits MSF to use its services or get information.

Client: an individual who has acquired and/or intends to acquire the services of the customer with the help of the Contractor.

Order:  an online application on the site for the contractor, the purpose of which is to book an appointment with the customer’s specialist, the processing of the order, and the client’s appointment with the chosen moving service provider.

Order processing: the contractor clarifies the reasons for the client’s request and provides information on the nature and types of services rendered by the customer, the place and time of client reception, and other information necessary.

Accepted order: an order that led to a booking of the moving service for the users.

Announcements: information is posted through the customer’s account on movingservicefinland.com.

Services: information and advertising services that the contractor provides to the customer.

Customer services:  moving services provided by the customer to the client.

Moderation: checking, and editing information about the customer and his specialists to provide truthful data, and create the literary and aesthetic appeal of information on the site.

Site: the content of web pages on the Internet on the movingservicefinland.com domain.

GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The subject of this agreement is the relationship between the site and the user regarding the use of the site and the services posted on it.

1.2. This document is a standard form contract (offer), and if its terms are accepted, the person agrees and undertakes to comply with the terms of this agreement.

1.3. If the user disagrees with the terms of this agreement, the user is obliged to stop using the site immediately.

1.4. Following this agreement, the administration provides the user with information services on the use of the movingservicefinland.com service, and the user undertakes to accept the services under the terms of this agreement.

1.5. Users of MSF can be any competent individual or business entity duly registered in our service area in Finland.

1.6. All messages, complaints, and any other correspondence sent to each other by the parties are deemed to have been sent properly in electronic form using email messages, in the form of messages within the site, provided for by its functional features.

1.8. Any use of the site by the user in the absence of an agreement concluded between the parties is illegal, and the administration is not responsible for the consequences of such use.

TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE BY USERS AND CLIENTS

2.1. The user and the client agree:

2.1.1. To enter their data into the Website User Database, to process their data by any means, namely to include in the databases, to transfer their data to https://movingservicefinland.com and other third parties, to systematize, to send out information of advertising and/or not advertising nature, and/or any other purposes that do not contradict the legislation of Nigeria.

2.1.2. To receive from the administration of the user confirmation about the fact of the reception or the reason for its cancellation, as well as the publication of the user testimonial on the site on behalf of the user.

2.2. The user may not:

2.2.1. Post and transmit in another way advertising information, computer codes designed to violate or limit the functionality of any computer hardware or programs.

2.2.2. Publish materials not created personally by the user, if they infringe on the copyrights of third parties.

2.3. The user agrees:

2.3.1. To put true information in the user account, make changes to the data specified in the user account with each change to this data.

TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE BY THE CUSTOMER

3.1. The procedure for posting information about the customer on the site consists of the following steps:

3.1.1. The signing of the agreement on information services between the customer and the contractor.

3.1.2. Registration of the customer and representatives of the Customer on the site as a user.

3.1.3. Providing and posting information about the Customer on the Site.

3.2. Customer Registration Rules on the Site

3.2.1. To place information on the site, the customer transfers information to the contractor using one of the following methods:

3.2.1.1. Sending such information to the Contractor's email address, https://movingservicefinland.com

3.2.1.2. The method of transmitting such information on electronic media.

3.2.1.3. The method of permission to copy such information from the customer's website.

3.2.1.4. By entering such information through the personal account of the customer.

3.2.1.5. By providing the contractor with access to any other electronic resource of the customer. At the same time, the customer’s choice of any of the methods for transmitting information does not require the approval by the parties of any additional documents for such information transmission and receipt.

3.2.2. The contractor has the right to make changes to the content and appearance of information about the customer posted on the site to update it, as well as to create a literary and aesthetic appeal to the presentation of information on the site.

3.2.3. The contractor is not responsible for the late submission of information by the customer. All information previously received from the customer by the contractor is considered relevant until the contractor receives updated information.

3.2.4. The customer undertakes to independently monitor the relevance of its schedule and its specialists. If an appointment with a specialist is not possible, independently indicate the status of the specialist as “not active” in the Customer Personal Account.

3.3. The customer undertakes:

3.3.1. To promptly inform the contractor of any changes in the information about the customer, his services and the conditions for their provision.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR

4.1. MSF has the right:

4.1.1. To check information about the customer both at the request of the users and on his initiative to update information on the site.

4.1.2. To change the structure of the site at his own discretion.

4.1.3. To receive confirmation from the clients about the fact of the reception or the reasons for its cancellation, as well as testimonials from the client about the customer and its moving service providers.

4.1.4. To process the personal data of the users by any means, namely, to include them in the databases, to transfer to other third parties for the purpose of organizing, sending information of advertising and/or non-advertising nature, and/or any other purposes that do not contradict the legislation of Finland.

4.1.5. To execute marketing events by sending the user information on the services, special offers, bonus programs, etc., via email.

4.1.6. To involve any third parties in the provision of services following this agreement, while retaining full responsibility to the users for the services provided through the https://movingservicefinland.com service.

FINAL TERMS

5.1. The administration has the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time by publishing new information on the site.

5.2. This Agreement is valid for the entire period of use of the Site by the User.

Privacy Policy

The MSF team takes responsibility for ensuring that all the information supplied by our users is confidential. We won’t share your information with any third-party website and will do our best to ensure our users are happy and satisfied. 

MSF ensures the security and confidentiality of users’ data on our website. On MSF, we are the administrators with the right to change the privacy policy without prior notice. Every change implemented will take effect right from the date of publication. When you use the site after the website update, it means you agree with the latest update.

Data acquisition and processing

MSF manages its users' data under this agreement's terms. Right from the moment you visit MSF, you will be asked to consent to our terms and conditions of use. You also agree that MSF has the right to store all information on the sites, either via our Google form or any form on our site. 

The user's data is used for:

• provision of a service chosen by the User;

• provision with access to the website to improve the quality of the Service;

• provision of the user's data to the chosen moving company;

• procurement of access rights to the services of the User's cabinet;

• provision of information to the user about the changes or additions to the service and the availability of any other services by the administration;

• service quality assessment;

• fulfillment of the marketing plans;

• submission of complaints and replies to the party involved;

• protection of rights and legal interests of the consumers and third parties.

MSF has the right to use the user's data for electronic distribution of new information, special offers, and service provision.

Consent to the collection and usage of personal data

• Name, phone, email, or other information about the user may become necessary for booking purposes.

• When the user provides personal data, he/she agrees to the storage, usage, and disclosure of such information.

• Our service is only for people of legal age who are legally competent.

Information disclosure

• MSF has the legal right to disclose the user’s data to third parties (moving services) only to provide the services.

• MSF reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the site with or without notice to you.

Security and responsibility

MSF takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to the personal data of website users. At the same time, MSF wants you to understand that data transfer via the Internet, and mobile and wireless devices does not guarantee 100% security.

• MSF is not responsible for the reliability of personal data or other information provided by the user or third parties.

• The user is responsible for the dissemination of false personal data or usage of personal data by third parties.

• MSF is not responsible for whatever way third parties use any information you supply.

• MSF is not responsible for the content of personal or other data that the user receives from third parties.
